A prepayment via bank wire or PayPal within 24 hours after you book is required to secure your reservation.

During the Chinese New Year, please pay the full prepayment within 24 hours after you book to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.

Guests may contact the hotel to get a travel guide.

Free pick-up service from the railway station is available between 14:00 and 18:00. Guests in need are required to reserve the service 2 days in advance.

The front desk is not available for 24 hours. Guests who expect to arrive later than 18:00 are suggested to inform the hotel of estimated arrival time at least 1 day in advance.

Each of the guestrooms is for up to 2 guests. A child under 3 years old can stay in the existing bed free of charge but breakfast is not included. For the 2nd child, extra charges apply.

The property allows 1 pet only. Guests need to inform the property in advance and extra charges apply.
